  • A competitive package with room for technical and career growth.

What you'll do...

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations and migrations of Sun Systems and related financial platforms across global entities.
  • Configure and test integrations with third-party applications such as Adaco, Birchstreet, Opera Cloud, and Micros as part of implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to define system requirements, map data, and execute migration strategies.
  • Manage and resolve technical escalations (Level 3) for Sun Systems and Q&A, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Support Month-End and Year-End system activities, ensuring data integrity and system availability.
  • Monitor and manage SFTP-based data flows and automation processes, resolving failures and ensuring continuity.
  • Audit and manage user access controls for Sun Systems and EPM in line with security protocols, in collaboration with Ennismore Technology.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and configuration documentation.
  • Deliver ad hoc training and technical guidance to users across Hotel, Corporate, and Restaurant teams.
  • Provide ongoing support for Invoice Workflow (AP) and Purchase Ordering systems, including issue resolution and user enablement.

What we're looking for...

  • 5–7 years of experience in financial systems administration, with a focus on implementations and migrations.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Technology/Finance hybrid role.
  • Proficiency in:
    - INFOR ION, Sun Systems ERP, and Q&A report writing
    - Excel (advanced functions/macros)
    - API configuration, data mapping, and integration workflows
  • Experience with data lake environments (e.g., Data Fabric) and SFTP-based data exchange.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in global environments.

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or multi-entity environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur, Freshdesk, Blackline, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of PA-B4B/MTD systems.
  • Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., SQL, C#).
  • Hands-on experience with Adaco, Birchstreet, Opera Cloud, and Micros.

Personal Attributes

  • Technically curious and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Collaborative and confident working across departments and time zones.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
