Our Mission

We’re fixing the most broken process in business. Whether it’s SaaS, hardware, or contractors, a typical B2B purchase drags on for 3+ months, spawns 50+ emails, and pulls in multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Security, and IT. Nobody likes it, and it slows businesses down.

Omnea exists to change that. Our AI-native platform connects the people, steps, and systems so buying just works. Employees have one place to make requests, the right approvals run automatically, renewals and supplier risk checks are handled on time, and leaders get clear visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent.

This matters more now than ever: volatile markets demand capital efficiency, businesses who adopt AI quickly have a competitive advantage, and evolving regulation demands evidenceable controls—so buying has to be fast and compliant by default.

Founded in 2022, we’re trusted by global enterprises including Spotify, Adecco Group, Albertsons, Wise, MongoDB, and Monzo. Our team previously built Tessian (backed by Sequoia; acquired by Proofpoint) and we’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Product Designer who is a specialist in Design Systems to help us craft interfaces that are as intuitive as they are powerful. You’ll sit at the intersection of design and engineering, taking ownership of how our product feels, not just how it looks or functions.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Designers, Engineers, and PMs to deliver elegant, high-quality experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless. You approach design at the platform level, owning patterns, tokens, documentation and component libraries. This is an end-to-end role, from evolving our design system to shipping production-ready code, you’ll bring polish and precision to everything you touch.

This is an opportunity to shape our end-user experience and influence how design and engineering work together at Omnea. You’ll join an ambitious, design-driven team building the market leading platform in AI Supplier Relationship Management, where quality and pace go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do

Grow Our Design System: Help create, shape and evolve Omnea’s design system, from components and patterns to tokens and accessibility, making it a reliable foundation for every team.

Design & Build: Turn ideas and Figma explorations into polished, production-ready components in React and TypeScript, helping define how they look, feel, and behave.

Create Clarity: Write clear, helpful documentation and guidelines that make it easy for designers and engineers to use (and contribute to) the system with confidence.

Sweat the Details: Bring care to interaction states, motion, accessibility, and visual polish so that every component feels thoughtful and easy to use.

Work as One Team: Partner closely with designers and engineers to keep Figma and code in sync, resolve tricky edge cases, and strike the right balance between flexibility and consistency.

Take Things End-to-End: Own components and patterns from early sketches through to implementation, testing, and release - ensuring they’re scalable and reliable for the long term.

Champion Quality: Advocate for great experience and accessibility across the product, helping teams ship fast without compromising on craft.

About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience designing for digital products, ideally in SaaS or complex workflow environments.

  • You’re comfortable working across UX and UI, and you enjoy thinking in systems, patterns, and components rather than just one-off screens.

  • You know your way around Figma and have experience creating or maintaining design systems that support multiple teams.

  • You have a good understanding of design tokens, theming, and scalable component architecture, and you know how to keep design and code libraries aligned.

  • You care deeply about accessibility, and you naturally consider states, behaviours, and edge cases in your work.

  • You have a strong eye for detail - from spacing and typography to motion and interaction states - and you know when to push for polish.

  • You communicate clearly, collaborate well with engineers, and enjoy working through tricky decisions together.

  • You’re organised, pragmatic, and able to balance quality with momentum.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with React/TypeScript, modern CSS, or Storybook.

  • Familiarity with front-end performance, testing tools, or accessible component behaviours.

  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS, fintech, or other complex product domains
