In this role as Systems Administration Engineer you will be responsible for WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Logistic operations support. Your other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of Oracle supply chain modules.
  • Gaining deep understanding of all the integrations with legacy tools or cloud tools interconnected with Oracle following the best practices for new implementations
  • Being a part of the DevOps team and drive support , implementation and maintenance of integration/customizations between Oracle and connected WMS devices ( Hand Held Device , Label Printers, RFID printers , RFID scanners ) . Drive the related support team in the maintenance activity and incident review
  • Being responsible of our label printing software Bartender/Loftware and drive the related support team in the support activity
  • Being in touch with BH network team to support connectivity to the devices mentioned and escalate in case of connectivity issues
  • Collaborating Oracle implementation projects followings Agile/Lean process and implementation by Tollgates
  • Maintaining tight linkages with Supply chain business users and leaders to deliver benefits and reduce costs in all supply chain processes.
  • Delivering quality improvements and root-cause analysis for ERP related complex business problems and work closely with delivery managers ensuring on-time execution of all deliverables

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Have a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Have IT support experience and execution in global companies or large consulting firms (at least 2- 3 years)
  • Have Oracle SCM Applications development, maintenance and development supervision experience ( 2-3 years)
  • Have functional domain expertise in Supply chain, with special focus on Logistics

These characteristics are desired:

  • Have demonstrated technical expertise on PLSQL , networking , integrations
  • Have contractors supervision experience
  • Have system improvement and RCA experience
  • Have experience with Baker Hughes processes and methodologies
