Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

  • Design relevant test cases with the target to ensure the best coverage of the requirements, implement automated test scenarios using specific test / scripting languages (e.g. CAPL,Python) and furthermore develop new means of testing 

  • Perform investigations to evaluate the system's compliance with its specified requirements

  • Create and use rest-bus simulation environments for testing 

  • Ensure that the project is developed according to Magna quality standards (ASPICE/Vcycle compliant) 

  • Help designing and implementing hardware-in-the-loop test benches - Continuous Testing knowledge is a plus  

  • Help in improving the testing process 

What you'll bring

  • Knowledge of CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet communication protocol; experience with one of the associated tools (i.e. CANoe, CANalyzer, CANdela) is a plus 

  • Test Automation and Continuous Integration knowledge is a plus 

  • Good programming skills 

  • Excellent analytical skills 

  • Good microcontrollers/embedded programming understanding 

  • Previous work experience in designing test cases and test automation solutions (ISTQB is a plus)  

  • Medium programming skills (Python/C/C++ or other scripting languages knowledge is a plus) 

  • Hardware programming skills is a plus
