ROLE OVERWIEW:
As a System Analyst, you will act as a key advisor supporting banking clients in the analysis, design, and evolution of complex IT systems. You will bridge business needs and technical architecture, ensuring that proposed solutions are scalable, compliant with enterprise architecture standards, and aligned with the bank’s IT landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on system requirements analysis and alignment with the bank’s IT architecture
Support the development of functional and technical specifications for IT solutions
Provide consulting on system integrations and data flows between applications and components
Assess the impact of system changes on existing IT environments and dependencies
Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and development teams to ensure solution consistency and end-to-end coherence
Strong knowledge of system analysis techniques and modeling tools (e.g. UML, ERD)
Experience advising on IT projects involving system integration and system development
Proven ability to document functional and technical requirements clearly and precisely
Solid understanding of enterprise-class system architectures and integration principles
Working knowledge of SQL and fundamental database concepts
Polish language – mandatory (spoken and written)
English – professional working proficiency
