As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Sevaa’s hosting infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Implement a next-generation DevOps Pipeline to include, standardized configuration, automated testing (security, static code, e2e, accessibility, SEO), automated reporting, infrastructure monitoring & self-healing.
- Maintain existing infrastructure delivering managed WordPress & Drupal hosting.
- Evaluate current local development environment and implement improvements
- Contribute to Documentation Library on infrastructure, internal policies, and procedures.
- Virtualization platform evaluation
- Infrastructure monitoring evaluation
- Ensure documentation of Sevaa Network is accurate and kept up to date
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-driven with a growth mindset and a proven track record of self-improvement.
- Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Familiarity with Privacy Laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA with an understanding of how to implement compliant solutions.
- A deep understanding of performance metrics and techniques to improve them through various methods such as caching, preprocessing images, efficient search engines.
