Role Summary
As the ESG Strategic Account Director, you will spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's strategic customers for the Enterprise Security Group portfolio. Your role is pivotal in driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers.


Qualifications
Required:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English


Preferred:

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.


Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of vendor strategies and ability to evangelize vendor propositions.
