Regional Sales Manager - Symantec
As a Regional Sales Manager for Symantec, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts within the UK. Your focus will be on driving upsell opportunities and acquiring new clients to expand Symantec's market presence in the cybersecurity landscape.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • Account Management: Take ownership of a designated set of accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and leverage Symantec's solutions to maximize value.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive upsell within existing accounts and secure net new logo acquisitions. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through effective account management and proactive sales initiatives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK, prospecting and engaging potential clients. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Symantec's product portfolio and stay informed about industry trends. Position Symantec's solutions as the ideal choice to address the unique cybersecurity challenges clients face.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, along with regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
