  • Demonstrated success leading new business pitches, senior client workshops, and commercial growth initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare brands across EMEA markets.
  • Experience developing omnichannel brand strategy, commercialization strategy, customer experience planning, or integrated communications programs across HCP and consumer audiences.
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills with experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders, cross-functional leadership teams, and global partners.

Desired:

  • Experience leading strategy across multiple therapeutic areas including specialty, rare disease, oncology, immunology, or consumer health categories.
  • Experience building regional strategic frameworks, methodologies, or innovation capabilities within fast-growing healthcare communications or consulting organizations.
  • Existing network and relationships within the EMEA healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences ecosystem.
  • Experience partnering with global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions on integrated healthcare brand initiatives and commercialization efforts.
