Overview:
As the SVP of New Consumer Solutions, you will lead a global team of product leaders who are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions for Mastercard's consumer products. You will oversee the strategy and execution of Mastercard Installments and Mastercard One Credential, in partnership with global senior stakeholders in our Credit, Debit and Prepaid lines of business. You will also drive the modernization of the BNPL infrastructure to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
Job Description Summary:
​The SVP, New Consumer Solutions is responsible for executing on MA Installments (i.e. BNPL) by successfully developing the product offerings in its different use cases, by rolling it out across different countries/customer segments and by assuring consistency with other product roadmaps. This role is also responsible for Mastercard One Credential - which allows a consumer to use a single payment method for all of their transactions across debit, credit, and installments. It is an intelligent payment credential that connects multiple funding accounts enabling consumers to smartly manage their day-to-day finances.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the development, evolution, and growth of the New Consumer Solutions portfolio on a global level with key stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and regional business units.
- Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders the development and timely delivery of agreed product and technology roadmaps.
- Understand and leverage competitive insights from consumers and customers to drive future use cases of the new consumer solutions product portfolio
- Partner with regional teams to understand customer needs across regions with relevant customer input in strategy and proposition development to ensure customer and market-driven propositions
- Leads alignment and prioritization with global and internal regional stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Timely delivery of planning objectives. Regular Review process and pipeline management. Drive results vs. plan.
- Contribute to existing partnerships / develop new partnerships with providers to address specific opportunities that require a tailored approach
- Strategy: Communicate Consumer solutions strategy internally and externally. Participation in business unit strategic meetings. Define and implement the global strategy to ensure market-driven and customer-oriented strategic directions. Influence the development of the regional go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage our MCI (pre and post) solution to enable installment functionalities on existing credit cards.
- Create and maintain a positive, supportive, inclusive, and effective working environment to ensure the work is done and objectives are attained, lead and integrate a large team of professionals in a diverse cultural environment.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
