The nCino SVP- Sales EMEA leads a team of Area and Regional Vice Presidents covering the EMEA regional financial institutions. The EMEA Sales Leader will maximize Gross bookings Growth and expand nCino’s innovative offering to new financial institutions while also driving growth within their territory’s existing customer base.


 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to grow the teams’ book of business, selling to top target Financial Institutions throughout the EMEA region
  • Lead a team of Area and Regional Vice Presidents and support them in meeting and exceeding their individual goals
  • Understand target market’s business needs and accurately articulate the nCino value proposition at the executive level
  • Build and maintain key customer executive relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
  • Ensure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence by maintaining accurate forecasting   and pipeline tracking, training and best practice development/sharing 
  • Develop and execute strategies to sell new nCino product offerings to new and existing customers
  • Partner with other regions to leverage and replicate proven business approaches, tools and processes and apply them locally in EMEA
  • Support team as they close large, complex business-to-business transactions
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of the nCino product based on agreed account strategies with EVP International.
  • Meet agreed, regional sales, customer services goals and other agreed metrics
  • Attract, hire and onboard top talent to continue supporting nCino’s continued growth

Qualifications
Required:

  • 15+ years software sales experience in Financial Services, in fast-paced, high-growth environment with demonstrated record of excellence
  • 10+ years in a sales management role or combination of experience, education, & superior performance
  • Flexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s rapidly changing, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability
  • Experience training and developing team members in a fast-paced, high performance environment
  • Banking domain expertise 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree a plus
  • Ready to travel to client locations as required to accomplish and exceed goals 
     

Travel Requirements

  • Requires up to 60% travel
