Job Description:About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business to Business Marketing executive to lead our marketing efforts in support of our rapid growth Enterprise business segments, including Dow Jones Risk and Compliance, Factiva, Newswires and Corporate Subscriptions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will be responsible for transforming our B2B marketing strategy and building/leading an organization of marketers to deliver against this strategy. Working closely with our Global Head of Sales and category General Managers, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing vision, establishing key partnerships, and driving revenue generation through targeted marketing initiatives. This individual will be a key change agent in the organization, helping to introduce new ways of thinking to accelerate our overall business performance. Responsibilities: Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive, measurable B2B marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and markets, analyze industry trends, and define the positioning and messaging for our products and services. Team leadership: Build and lead a high-performing B2B marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Build a strong team culture in-line with our values and our ambition. Demand generation and Account Retention: Drive lead generation and account retention efforts through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Develop and implement campaigns that generate quality leads and contribute to revenue growth. Partnerships and alliances: Identify strategic partnerships and alliances with other businesses that can enhance our B2B marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and nurture these relationships, leveraging them to drive mutually beneficial marketing initiatives. Thought leadership: Establish Dow Jones and our leadership as thought leaders in our key business verticals. Develop and execute content marketing strategies to showcase expertise, provide valuable insights, and engage with target audiences. Leverage various channels such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and industry events to position the company as a trusted advisor. Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities. Brand management: Define and strengthen the company's B2B brand identity. Work closely with the SVP, Brand Marketing to ensure consistent brand guidelines, brand messaging and visuals across all B2B marketing channels and touchpoints. Budget management: Develop and manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing initiatives. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and make adjustments as needed to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency. You Have: 15+ years experience in B2B, strategy, data, marketing, and/or general management preferred. 5+ years experience in senior management roles. Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing measurable B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to different stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Pay Range: $310,000 - $370,000
