About the role

This role sits at the centre of Tradeweb’s surveillance operating model, bridging day-to-day surveillance operations with control oversight and continuous improvement. While maintaining responsibility for alert review and case management, the position places strong emphasis on quality assurance, optimisation of the alert lifecycle, and ensuring effective surveillance coverage across new and evolving business activities.

Working closely with the Global Head of Surveillance and stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Technology, and the business, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening control effectiveness, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting the scalability of the surveillance framework. This is a hybrid VP role combining operational oversight, governance, and advisory responsibilities, distinct from purely operational roles and from dedicated scenario design, analytics and AI-focused positions.

This role offers a strong opportunity for a highly capable individual to influence and drive the evolution of Tradeweb’s surveillance programme. Working in partnership with senior stakeholders, you will help establish the standards, tools, and strategic direction that ensure Tradeweb continues to meet regulatory expectations while supporting the expansion of its global platform.
