Position Title : GBP -Support Analyst - Summit/Murex

Total Experience : 6 years (T2s and T3s)

Skills :

Strong Summit/Murex Support Experience

Strong Unix,SQL skills

Prior experience in Production Support processes and application Support in highly technical applications

Incident Management , Problem Management and Change Management experience

Prior experience in Batch tool such as TWS

Strong communication skills

Banking domain experience with preference to investment banking and trading applications

hands on experience on incident management for critical and high incidents

Record of managing stakeholder communications during outages.
