About the Role:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Supply Operations Manager to lead and optimize our international media owner operations. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless global collaboration with media owner partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about operations management and B2B SaaS, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Own Operational Framework: Create and maintain a comprehensive operations playbook to support international supply growth.

Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for international supply partners, ensuring smooth integration into our systems.

Platform Expertise: Become an expert in the AdQuick platform, leveraging its capabilities to drive operational success.

Knowledge Base Development: Create training videos and documentation to build a robust knowledge base for internal teams and external partners.

Understand Market Dynamics: Analyze and apply insights into B2B marketplace dynamics and flywheel strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Product Feedback Collaboration: Participate in product feedback sessions, collecting valuable insights from supply partners to inform product improvements.  Collaborate across departments to implement improvements to products and processes.

KPI Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking systems to measure the success of global supply growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS customer success roles, with strong expertise in managing customer relationships and driving retention.

Advertising and Media: Understanding of the out-of-home advertising landscape, products, and terminology. 

Analytical Skills: Ability to understand complex marketplace dynamics and implement strategies that align with business objectives.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English for creating training materials and engaging with partners.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop scalable processes and metrics that support long-term growth.

Autonomy: A high level of independent motivation and autonomy over daily tasks.

Nice to have:

Language skills: fluency in Spanish, fluency in French

Location:

This role is fully remote. However, for optimal collaboration with the team, we prefer candidates based in the UK, with a secondary preference for those on the US East Coast.
