Supply Chain Process Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Process Manager to join our team. Working alongside the Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and gaps within current processes and work collaboratively to deliver improvement initiatives, taking advantage of best practice and industry standards.

This role will involve working closely with subject matter experts and business process owners in areas such as:

  • Buying & Merchandising
  • Finance
  • IT (Business Solutions)
  • Business Change

Other responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness by identifying opportunities for process improvement and the implementation of best practices
  • Leading a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Supply Chain, utilising LEAN methodology
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders, including logistics, buying, merchandising, finance teams to identify pain points and optimise processes
  • Working closely with the Solutions Manager and IT teams to identify and implement technological solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance visibility across the supply chain, and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (warehousing, buying, merchandising, finance) to optimise processes end to end, ensuring that there is alignment to wider business strategy
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to ensure adoption of new processes.

About You

You will have a  strategic mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. You will also hold vast experience in a Retail/Supply Chain & Distribution omnichannel business, as well as Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred., You will also have over 5 years experience in supply chain management, operational excellence, or process improvement roles, preferably within the luxury retail, fashion, or high-end consumer goods industry.
