A Day in the LifeIntegrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Principal. This role is focused on data leadership to project manage the implementation of a new product catalogue management system called GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange). The successful candidate will Work unsupervised as well as liaising with various teams to gather the necessary data. This will be a temporary role initially for 9 months with the possibility of full time depending on the right candidate and how the role progresses as the project progresses. The role is fully remote, with a willingness to travel occasional to client locations across United Kingdom.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Project manage the deployment of the GHX product catalogue management system across all our sousing customers
  • Coordinate the creation of product catalogues and support the migration of data into our Business Central ERP
  • Identify data inconsistences and reconcile catalogues between multiple accounts
  • Supervise the data alignment for our master data within our ERP system
  • Report progress and updates to wider teams
  • Work independently to deploy the catalogue solution and coordinate with different teams across our organisation to consolidate and update data accordingly
  • Be the primary contact and first level support for any daily issues
  • Provide training to wider teams as we roll out the solution across accounts

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience working with large data sets
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with product catalogue management systems, preferably GHX
  • Experience with data cleaning and reconciliation
