What’s in it for you?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of inventory deployment across a fast-moving, international supply chain. You will work with well-known consumer healthcare brands, collaborate with teams and logistics partners across multiple markets, and gain hands-on exposure to Amazon fulfilment, warehouse operations and continuous improvement projects.

What you’ll be doing

You will ensure that products are available in the right warehouse, at the right time and at the right inventory level across our UK and Ireland supply chain network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning inventory deployment and stock transfers across internal and external warehouses
  • Monitoring stock availability, inventory health, ageing stock and working capital
  • Planning replenishment to Amazon Fulfilment Centres and supporting Amazon Seller and Vendor programmes
  • Coordinating inventory across other third-party and digital fulfilment platforms
  • Working closely with 3PL partners to manage inbound, outbound and warehouse movements
  • Monitoring warehouse capacity, stock discrepancies and replenishment requirements
  • Partnering with Commercial, Customer Logistics, Finance and Global Supply teams
  • Identifying supply risks and recommending practical mitigation actions
  • Tracking inventory, service and warehouse performance KPIs
  • Supporting warehouse transitions, master-data maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and analytical supply chain professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

You will ideally bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, distribution planning, inventory management or logistics operations
  • Experience working with multiple warehouses and third-party logistics providers
  • Practical knowledge of stock deployment, replenishment and inventory optimisation
  • Experience using ERP systems, planning tools and multiple data sources
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership

Experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical devices would be an advantage. Exposure to Amazon Seller or Vendor models, warehouse operations, EDI, customs or international freight processes would also be beneficial.

Benefits
  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule and life work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated team
  • Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
