The Supply Chain Network Designer for Cytiva is responsible for conducting and executing end to end network optimization analysis using supply chain modelling software (Coupa Supply Chain Guru and Data Guru). This position will be responsible for interfacing directly with operations leaders to build models that will support diverse business challenges. The network designer will be responsible for independently conducting and delivery of NDO modelling results.
This position is part of the Network Design Optimization team within Supply Chain organization, with global scope, and will be on-site in Marlborough, MA. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you’ll do
- Using Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Microsoft Excel or Access, design, develop and deliver supply chain network design, transportation models and simulations.
- Executing end to end network optimization analysis using supply chain modelling software and manage large supply chain modelling related data
- Manage NDO modelling project lifecycle, including the development of project scope and deliverables and the weekly communication of project status
- Analyze, summarize and present to Supply Chain Leadership recommendations and analysis in Microsoft PowerPoint, includes the use of data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense.
- Stay up to date on supply chain modeling tools and supply chain optimization best practices and topics
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or operations research with 5+ years of strategic network, inventory or transportation modelling experience in high volume, fast paced business
- Proven experience in optimization modelling, mathematical modelling, including building models and analyzing data using statistical techniques
- Experience in designing and building supply chain models and simulations using software Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to present complex supply chain ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner using PowerPoint/Excel etc.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience working with Oracle ERP, TMS and Visualization tools like QlikSense
- Extracting, transforming and managing supply chain data using ETL tools, SQL Server
Travel Requirements :
- Ability to travel up to 15% within US or Europe for internal meetings and supply chain related conferences

The salary range for this role is $110K to $140K USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
