  • Provide clarity on supply performance, risks, opportunities and resource requirements to deliver the operating plan.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enable growth and create efficiencies within the team and supply chains, through process, structural or digital improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • 5 years of leadership experience in FMCG Supply Chain (S&OP) planning

  • Experience of working with 3rd party co-manufacturers, ideally from start-up through operational running and review

  • Exceptional problem- solving skills

  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English

  • Minimum of three days per week in the office, occasional travel to co-manufacturer sites in the UK and EU.

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.

  • Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.
