Job Description Summary
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Coordinator ensures the seamless flow of goods, information, and documentation across the end to end supply chain. This role balances operational precision with proactive communication, supporting both internal teams and external partners to meet customer demand efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.How will you make an impact & Requirement
WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A TYPICAL DAY?
- Supports the Supply Chain team with day‑to‑day coordination of all end-to-end activities.
- Collaborates with the purchasing team and where required places purchase orders, expediting where required and following up on upcoming/late PO’s.
- Supports supplier/product onboarding, ensuring required documentation, compliance records, and system setups are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintains and updates ERP databases, trackers, and cost files to ensure accurate, real‑time information for decision‑making.
- Assists in the preparation of RFQs, bid comparisons, by gathering pricing, lead times, and supplier data.
- Support provision of compliancy reporting for various measures across the team.
- Supports cost‑saving initiatives by analysing spend, identifying opportunities, and preparing summaries for the sourcing team.
- Provides administrative and operational support to Team Leads, helping maintain workflow efficiency across multiple regions or categories.
