A Day in the LifeIntegrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst. This is a key role, and the successful candidate will be at the heart of IHS dealing with every department within the IHS organisation, Your main goal will be to ensure our Service Delivery team can support our customers, our Supply Chain team can order items from our vast supplier network. You will be at the forefront of new activations ensuring that new accounts have all the required data & setup for our inventory management system (Ingenica i360) The role is fully remote owing to our account base being across Europe and our team being spread across various locations, the role will require a willingness to travel occasional to client locations across United Kingdom or to our office based in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead the master data creation process when setting up or maintaining items in SAP working closely with the central master data, Quality & Regulatory teams
- Work to resolve data issues to ensure customers can effectively use our application
- Play a key role in new account activations and set up new catalogs and systems
- Be responsible of the management of data in our “Business central” ERP for allocated accounts
- Be accountable for any data or systems issues for allocated accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy of master data utilising tools like GHX Nexus
- Develop and implement data management processes and best practices
- Monitor and report on data quality and performance metrics
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficient in MS applications, particularly Excel
- Proven experience in Master Data Management, preferably with Business Central ERP and SAP, but not essential for the right candidate as full training will be provided.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
