This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and collaborating across multiple teams and countries.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Supply Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of aviation fuel supply operations across your assigned markets.

Key responsibilities include:

Fuel Supply & Inventory Management

  • Manage fuel inventory levels to ensure continuous and efficient supply to customers.

  • Schedule fuel deliveries into storage locations, ensuring optimal inventory balances.

  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, airport operators, into-plane service providers, and logistics partners.

  • Monitor fuel stocks and proactively identify potential supply risks or shortages.

Logistics & Scheduling

  • Schedule and oversee fuel movements via pipeline and road transport.

  • Support daily dispatch and delivery activities across multiple locations.

  • Manage haulage nominations for self-supply and General Aviation locations.

  • Liaise with haulage providers and operational sites to resolve delivery issues and maintain service levels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Commercial & Market Analysis

  • Analyse supply and demand trends across your portfolio of locations.

  • Evaluate logistics options and transportation costs to optimise supply decisions.

  • Support fuel pricing, supply planning, and inventory strategy.

  • Assist with the management of physical fuel positions and associated hedging activities.

Operational Support & Reporting

  • Process and verify fuel transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Support payment, receivable, and reconciliation activities.

  • Develop reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for suppliers and logistics providers.

  • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and service standards.

  • Work closely with finance, operations, commercial, and supply teams across the business.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in supply chain management, logistics, commodities, energy, or aviation.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, or inventory management.

  • Experience within aviation, energy, fuel, commodities, transportation, or related industries.

  • Understanding of hedging, commodity markets, or price risk management.

  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business analytics.

  • Additional language skills, particularly French or Italian.
