Location
The candidate will be based at our head office, 80 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5JL. This is a flexible role with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Data Management Responsibilities
Supporting accuracy reviews of supplier data Proactis, including but not limited to:
Supplier segmentation status
Terms and conditions
CIS Status and UTR number
Bank details
Supply Chain Commitment sign ups
Insurance details
Supplier Remittance email addresses
VAT number
Accountable for ensuring supplier bank details checks and changes are compliant with the key controls (including verification call backs to the supplier).
Accountable for placing stops on suppliers in Proactis and D365, issuing comms to the supplier’s business owner following a downgrade in a supplier’s credit rating.
Approval of supplier changes / new suppliers and supplier payment terms in D365.
Setting up of tenant/intercompany suppliers directly in D365.
Principle Accountabilities
Day to Day Responsibilities
Accountable for compliance and supporting the reporting of the supplier onboarding key controls:
Setup and approval of new suppliers
Upfront evaluation of new suppliers
User access – Proactis
Validation of changes to the supplier master data (including bank details)
Review of dormant suppliers
Review new supplier requests and liaise with the Category Managers to determine if there are alternative sources of supply from within our exiting supply chain or to onboard the supplier.
Issuing the appropriate risk questionnaire(s) to the supplier being onboarded to address the risks identified in the new supplier form.
Liaison with the risk questionnaire owner to ensure their evaluations are completed in the agreed SLA.
Accountable for credit checking including Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Sanction Screening suppliers and escalating to the Category Manager / business owner when the minimum threshold is not met.
Provide updates to the supplier and supplier business owner on the progress of a supplier onboarding.
Ensuring the supplier onboarding governance is followed and updating Proactis when a supplier is approved or marked as inactive.
Escalating any concerns with a supplier’s progress / evaluation to the Supplier Onboarding Manager.
Completing and returning supplier credit application forms without signing up to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Monitoring and timely responses to emails sent to the supplier mailbox and resolving ICE rejections regarding supplier master data queries.
