The Supervisor Role:

Lead from the shop floor, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service, strong product knowledge and a store environment that brings Yankee Candle® to life.

  • Help bring the Yankee Candle® brand to life in store, setting a strong example for the team in how the brand is represented

  • Deliver a service culture that goes beyond the transactional, creating genuine connections, memorable moments and lasting impressions for customers

  • Build your own product knowledge and share it with the team, using engaging storytelling to help customers discover the right fragrance

  • Support and motivate the team on shift, helping create a positive, inclusive and high-performing environment

  • Lead with energy and focus in a fast-paced retail environment, keeping standards high when trade is at its busiest

  • Support the store's commercial performance by delivering strong customer interactions, recognising opportunities and encouraging the team to maximise sales

  • Maintain high standards across merchandising, presentation, stock, compliance and the overall customer environment

  • Act quickly on opportunities and challenges on shift, taking responsibility for finding solutions and escalating where appropriate

  • Help create a store people want to visit, a team people want to join and an environment that reflects the quality and heritage of Yankee Candle®
