The Supervisor Role:
Lead from the shop floor, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service, strong product knowledge and a store environment that brings Yankee Candle® to life.
Help bring the Yankee Candle® brand to life in store, setting a strong example for the team in how the brand is represented
Deliver a service culture that goes beyond the transactional, creating genuine connections, memorable moments and lasting impressions for customers
Build your own product knowledge and share it with the team, using engaging storytelling to help customers discover the right fragrance
Support and motivate the team on shift, helping create a positive, inclusive and high-performing environment
Lead with energy and focus in a fast-paced retail environment, keeping standards high when trade is at its busiest
Support the store's commercial performance by delivering strong customer interactions, recognising opportunities and encouraging the team to maximise sales
Maintain high standards across merchandising, presentation, stock, compliance and the overall customer environment
Act quickly on opportunities and challenges on shift, taking responsibility for finding solutions and escalating where appropriate
Help create a store people want to visit, a team people want to join and an environment that reflects the quality and heritage of Yankee Candle®
