Your Role 

As a Summer Marketing & PR Intern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paidinternship opportunity. 

This is a full-time program running from 1st July through August 29th 2025 You must be available for the entire duration of the program. 

What You Will Do 

  • Help produce and maintain materials and content that support the office’s direct and indirect marketing, PR and business development efforts
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to produce proposals, presentations, and other materials used to help the firm win work
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to draft press releases, media pitches and social media posts

Support other general marketing administrative activities including, press campaign updates, press cuttings, material maintenance/updates, research, tracking, CV updates, case story writing etc

Your Qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • An outstanding student in your final year of a Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or Public Relations Degree
  • Able to demonstrate excellent design sensibilities and written communication samples in your portfolio
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Your Additional Characteristics 

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in school and/or community  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task  
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills 
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player 
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
