As a Summer Marketing Intern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity. 

This is a full-time program running from 30th June through 28th August 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program. 

What You Will Do

  • Help produce and maintain materials and content that support the office and region’s direct and indirect marketing, communications, and business development efforts

  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce proposals, presentations, and other materials used to help the firm win work

  • Work closely with the marketing team to update qualifications packs, CVs, graphic templates, boilerplate content, and general material maintenance / updates

  • Work closely with the marketing team for other general administrative support including tracking, reporting, research, case story writing, folder maintenance, assisting with headshots, etc.

We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • An outstanding student in your final year of a Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or Business Administration degree

  • Able to demonstrate excellent design sensibilities and written communication samples in your portfolio

  • Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude, and eager to learn

  • Proficient in InDesign, Powerpoint, and the MS office suite.

Your Additional Characteristics 

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in school and/or community  

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task   

  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills 

  • Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player 

  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
