About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team and support a high-impact initiative focused on strategic account development. You will play a critical role in Causaly's commercial effort by helping map and structure key stakeholder networks within our highest-priority pharmaceutical accounts.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales intelligence, CRM hygiene, and organizational strategy to help us improve outreach, engagement, and relationship management across R&D, Clinical, and Medical teams
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement, CRM optimization, data enrichment, and organizational analysis
Identify Key Contacts: Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify the most relevant stakeholders for each priority account.
Cross-Reference Data: Match identified contacts against existing records in our HubSpot CRM to avoid duplication and ensure accuracy.
Cleanup CRM Data: Review and update contact information in HubSpot, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Map Organizational Structures: Use logic and research to build detailed organizational charts for each account using Miro, based on available public and inferred data.
Document insights: Clearly document findings, gaps, and organizational intelligence that could support sales and marketing strategies.
Share Learnings: Create a blue-print of best practices of your work so that the methodology can be replicated for other accounts
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on key accounts and data requirements.
Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and the role of AI in healthcare innovation.
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and working with CRM tools like HubSpot.
Highly organised with attention to detail and data quality.
Ability to think critically and infer reporting structures or influence based on limited public information.
Familiarity with Miro or other visual collaboration tools is a plus.
Motivated, self-directed, and able to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to real-world B2B sales and account strategy
Industry exposure to pharma commercial strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Practical experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools
An understanding of enterprise organizational structures and key stakeholder mapping.
Skills in research, logic-based mapping, and account strategy.
