This internship offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on Cohere’s HR operations while developing skills in data management, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. As an HR Data Intern, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Rippling HRIS implementation—a project that will streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in auditing and cleaning existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Help structure and document HR processes and workflows for Rippling.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

  • Support testing and validation of the Rippling system post-implementation.

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

  • Experience with data organization, documentation, or structured workflows.

  • A degree in Information Science, Library Science, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
