You care about building success products that help customers get value from their software quickly and stay with us for the long term. You bring strong experience in software and you know what it takes to design products that feel clear, repeatable and commercially sound.
You enjoy using data to spot what is working and what is not, and you feel confident shaping products that lift retention, grow revenue and improve customer experience. You like leading people, you stay calm under pressure and you bring teams together to get things done in a simple, practical way.
• Own and grow our Customer Success Products portfolio, such as Flight Paths, Premier and Customer Success Plans, so customers see value fast. Your work will support stronger Gross Revenue Retention and higher Customer Success Products Revenue.
• Partner with our Software Companies to design products that make sense for customers across their journey. You will help improve Premier Attach Rate, keep Premier Net Promoter Score high and make adoption simple.
• Lead a team of Success Product Managers, helping them use data well, think clearly and build products that lift consolidated margin and support a strong team engagement score.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product teams so our success products are easy to sell, simple to deliver and support better Flight Path In Time and stronger Total Net Promoter Score.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Significant experience building or improving products in a software setting, ideally in Software as a Service.
• Experience using customer insights and product data to guide decisions and shape improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence working across many teams in a complex environment.
• A customer-led mindset, with experience turning customer needs into simple product ideas.
