Your role in the Team’s Success
To be the organisational backbone of our growing in-house creative studio. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate workflows, resources, and timelines to ensure our creative team delivers outstanding work efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate combines impeccable organisational skills with a collaborative mindset—someone who can anticipate bottlenecks, prioritise competing demands, and create systems that enable our creative talent to focus on what they do best.
You'll be joining us during an exciting expansion of our creative capabilities as we scale our trading and investing platform to reach broader audiences. We need a process-oriented professional who can build bridges between our studio team, business stakeholders, and external agencies while protecting creative quality and team wellbeing. What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain project management systems to track all creative requests and deliverables
- Prioritize and schedule studio resources to meet deadlines while balancing workloads
- Liaise between creative team and internal stakeholders to clarify briefs and manage expectations
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions to maintain workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with external agency partners to ensure seamless integration of campaign elements
- Monitor capacity planning and make recommendations for resource allocation or additional support
- Maintain organized digital asset management systems and archiving protocols
- Track studio KPIs including project completion rates, turnaround times, and resource utilization
- Lead creative team meetings and status updates
What you’ll need for this role
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or project management
- Strong understanding of creative production processes and timelines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Workfront, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising operations
- Understanding of design, copy, and motion graphics production processes
- Background in creative agency or in-house studio environments
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems
