A Day in the Life

In this role, you will support the Heart Failure Market Development team by analysing healthcare and sales data and assisting with marketing initiatives. Your work will help uncover market insights and contribute to impactful campaigns across the healthcare sector.

Internship details:
•    Start date: September 2026
•    Duration: 10 months
•    Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
•    Working model: remote
•    Location: The United Kingdom

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

Market Analysis 
•    Collaborate with the Heart Failure Market Development, marketing and commercial teams to collect, process, analyse and report data for market analytics both from internal and external data sources
•    Assist in communicating key outcomes to marketers, sales team and business leaders
•    Suggest and define new process improvement opportunities

Integrated & general marketing support 
•    Support with internal and external events – including congresses, webinars, medical training events, and internal staff training
•    Analyse local healthcare delivery structures and funding qualitatively and quantitatively. Collect and analyse data on provider organizations and systems of healthcare delivery at all levels (primary, secondary and tertiary care) and map out pathways between them
•    Support market analysis, identifying key healthcare business information 
•    Support development of new materials and programs
•    Support Social Values program 

Required Knowledge: 
•    Studying for a degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or Mathematics
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
•    Experienced in Excel
•    Proficient in other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
•    Eager to learn & develop
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills
 

Would be a plus:
•    Knowledge of the healthcare industry
•    Experience working with a number of data sources and collating into meaningful insights
