*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion. The role in a nutshell

Looking for a fun, flexible way to get real experience in content creation, work with one of the UK’s top TikTok agencies, and earn money while building your CV?

We’re on the hunt for a student or recent grad to become the face of a brand-new UNiDAYS content series – made for students, by students. This is a freelance, paid, part-time role you can easily do alongside your studies or summer plans.

What is the Role?

It’s all about what matters most to students. From campus hacks and pop culture to trending topics and Gen Z debates, you’ll help turn it all into fun, short-form video content on TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll work directly with the UNiDAYS team and one of the UK’s leading TikTok agencies to bring your ideas to life.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Be the face and voice of our new student-focused video series.
  • Create 1–2 short videos per week from wherever you like (your room, your uni campus, the park – it’s up to you).
  • Collaborate with our social team to pitch and develop timely, student-relevant stories.
  • Shoot and edit your content to feel natural and native to TikTok/IG.
  • Take on feedback and help evolve the series over the 3-month project.
What we need from you
  • A confident storyteller who’s comfortable talking to camera.
  • Someone who knows what’s trending and can make content that feels relevant.
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar).
  • Organised and self-motivated – you’ll be managing your own shoots and timelines.
  • A love for student culture, TikTok and social media.
Why This Role Rocks
    • Flexible freelance contract – create content on your terms, around your schedule.
    • Paid gig – solid experience and a nice chunk of money.
    • Work with top-tier marketing talent – UNiDAYS + a leading TikTok agency.
    • Add real work to your CV and content portfolio.

How to Apply

📝 Submit your application via the form – this is required.
Want to stand out? (Optional but highly encouraged) Film a short TikTok or Instagram video reporting on a story or topic that would interest students—make it fun, informative, or opinionated, but film it as if you're already the news reporter.
📱 Post it, tag @myunidays and use #UNiDAYS and #StudentNews so we can see it. Make sure your account isn’t private!

📝 Complete the application form via the link to finalise your submission. Only applications with attached video links will be considered.
