The Opportunity

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Corporate Strategy Office in Brøndby.

The Strategy Office consists of ten people and reports to Milestone's Executive Vice President of Strategy, Communications & Branding. The team works closely with senior management to shape and execute the company's strategy, develop market and competitive insights, support strategic decision-making, and lead selected strategic priorities across the business.

As a Student Assistant, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects with direct relevance to Milestone's future growth. You will work alongside experienced strategy professionals on strategic questions, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop insights into our markets, competitors, and company performance, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

This is a part-time position of 15–20 hours per week, with flexible working hours to support your academic commitments. The position is based in Brøndby, Denmark, with the majority of the work taking place in the office.

What You'll Do

As a Student Assistant in the Strategy Office, you will:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of markets, competitors, company performance, and strategic topics.
  • Perform competitor and company analyses, desk research, and reviews of external market reports.
  • Conduct and synthesize interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Turn complex data and research into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations communicating analyses, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions and markets on selected strategic priorities.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and collaborative student who is intellectually curious and enjoys solving complex business problems.

We expect that you:

  • Are currently pursuing a relevant degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field in Denmark.
  • Are in the final year of your bachelor's degree or the first year of your master's degree.
  • Have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Can structure, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Have a structured and well-organized approach, with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Have strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Are familiar with AI tools and interested in using them to support research, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical field.
About the Team

You'll join the Corporate Strategy Office, a team of ten based in our Brøndby office. The team works closely with Milestone's senior management to shape and execute the company's strategy.

Working alongside experienced strategy professionals, you'll gain exposure to strategic decision-making and collaborate with colleagues across functions and markets. You'll see how market and competitive insights are developed and how strategic recommendations are translated into action in a global technology company.
