Role Summary and Impact

Mindshare WW are looking for experienced strategic talent who want to create the new BIC in the ever changing marketing landscape. Drawing on their knowledge from a range of channel & category experience, they will bring their strategic craft to work with the desire to design & deliver brand experiences that connect with people across continents, cultures and communities. 

This role is leading a Blue Chip client undergoing significant transformation in a world of disruption & change. We are looking for a candidate who wants to create the new path forward and lead a team to deliver BIC communication strategies that will help them to realise their future.
Responsibilities 

  • Lead strategy design and project delivery for a large multinational, multi market client, developing solutions that drive business / portfolio growth for their multi market needs.
  • Drive thought leadership and identify new opportunities to inform senior clients’ understanding of integrated media's role in impacting consumers to support new strategic opportunities for our clients.
  • Inspire experienced agency teams and C level clients to elevate their strategic approach to business problems to build trusted advisor status with them.
  • Build a collaborative team environment across multiple strategy disciplines and countries (internal & external): integrated media (POE), digital, commerce, creative and PR agency partners.
  • Lead cross functional teams to design data led strategy solutions that align creative, digital, CRM & other specialist agencies.
  • Design and deliver innovative strategies that balance the strategic requirements of Brand and Demand outcome-based performance marketing.

Essential Criteria 

  • Deep experience in Media & Communication strategy design & delivery in multi discipline agency environment with evidence of impactful, creative strategy design for Blue Chip clients.
  • Ability to build strategic argument & prepare simple, insight led, strategic recommendations for C suite clients.
  • Evidence of working with clients to co create vision and strategy based on complex business challenges.
  • Ability to bring senior clients and agency partners along on an evidence based strategic narrative. Making them feel uncomfortable to explore yet compelled to try.
  • Understanding of the basics of brand valuation with an ability to quickly understand human psychology and how that influences brand choices inc. syndicated research tools, consumer research methodologies & techniques.
  • Seasoned strategy leader with experience in leading teams to find the balance required when pitching and delivering on market, regional or global client business briefs.
  • Solid understanding of the economic dynamics and integrated media strategies needed to drive growth across in B2C & B2B environments.
  • Ability to advise on communications strategies encompassing: Consumer Experience, 360 Media environment (inc Digital, Social, PR, Events)
