Zodia Custody is a global crypto custody platform designed for institutions. Starting as a venture out of Standard Chartered Bank and now backed by other respected institutions, Zodia Custody has expanded across Europe, APAC, MEA, and growing into the US. 


We aim to help institutions safely unlock their future in the complex and evolving world of digital assets by providing asset safeguarding (custody) and a gateway into other products (e.g. staking, off-exchange settlement). We have ambitious plans to scale our international operations and continue to innovate our product suite as the crypto and broader digital asset market evolves. 

 Scope of the role:

The Strategy & Ops Manager will work closely with the Executive Committee and regional leads to execute on our operating plan and drive success as we scale. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Operational planning and execution: support in driving initiatives to deliver on our 2025-26 targets, collaborating with our Executive Committee and regional leads 
  • Strategy: support our Executive Committee and regional leads with evaluating strategic options and delivering data-driven recommendations 
  • Reporting: coordinate and input into management and Board reporting, collaborating with Finance and Operations 
Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years experience at a top consulting firm or experience in Strategy / Operations at a scale up 
  • Experience in analysing complex problems, identifying root causes and creating scalable solutions 
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities 
  • Strong analytical skillset including experience with Excel and other analytical software (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Based in London and ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week
