Job Description

Join us as a Strategy Manager for Topshop/Topman and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of two of fashion’s most iconic brands. You’ll blend consulting-level problem solving with hands-on operational delivery, driving growth and innovation that impacts millions of customers worldwide.

This is your chance to lead high-impact strategic initiatives, influence go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate Topshop/Topman’s success.

The Details

  • Lead strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and elevate the Topshop/Topman customer experience.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, optimising pricing, promotions, and channel mix.
  • Build and streamline scalable processes to speed up time-to-market for trend-led collections.
  • Use data analytics and A/B testing to uncover insights, refine product positioning, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure success, inform strategic decisions, and prioritise roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement across products, services, and operations through data-led thinking.
  • Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership, supporting investment and growth decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams - bringing clarity to ambiguity and turning insights into action.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies, supporting our inclusive culture.

      Qualifications

      About You

      • Consulting background combined with in-house experience, with a strong track record in strategy, operational delivery, and cross-functional leadership.
      • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands - ideally with exposure to product launches, go-to-market strategy, or scaling operations.
      • Comfortable moving from big-picture planning to detailed execution, thriving in fast-paced, complex environments.
      • Skilled at data-driven decision-making, confident with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and dashboarding platforms.
      • Experience presenting to senior leadership, building business cases, and supporting investment decisions is a plus.
      • Curious, proactive, and adaptable—always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
