About the Role

The Strategy Lead – UK works closely with senior leadership to define, structure, and drive BJAK’s most critical strategic initiatives in the UK market. This role sits between strategy and execution - ensuring priorities are clear, initiatives are well-structured, and execution stays aligned with business objectives.

The Strategy Lead focuses on problem framing, planning, execution tracking, and decision support, helping leadership move faster and make better decisions.

This role suits someone who can think like a founder, work across functions, and take ownership of high-impact initiatives end to end.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and high-impact initiatives, and translate them into clear execution plans.

  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, structuring workstreams, and tracking delivery against outcomes.

  • Support market expansion and growth planning through analysis, business cases, and execution support for new initiatives.

  • Build frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking to provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps, and work with teams to resolve them and improve how the business operates.

  • Prepare analysis, materials, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making, including reviews, planning sessions, and executive discussions.

What You Will Need
  • Strong background in strategy, business operations, consulting, or high-growth environments

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to delivery

  • Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort working closely with senior leadership and influencing without formal authority

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn strategy into execution

  • Clear communication and sound judgment in fast-moving environments

Why Join BJAK
  • Shape strategy and execution in a market-leading, fast-growing tech platform

  • Work closely with senior leadership on company-defining initiatives

  • Own high-impact projects with real business visibility

  • Broad exposure across markets, functions, and growth challenges

  • Flat, no-politics culture that values speed, ownership, and results

  • Competitive compensation with long-term growth opportunities

Compensations Range

  • We offer a highly competitive package, ranging from £110,000 to £160,000, reflecting both experience and suitability for this pivotal role.
