Job Overview:
As Strategy Director y ou will be responsible for defining The Kitchen's strategic approach to connecting our brands to consumers , in an authentic culture first way ; simplifying business problems and asking the right questions to get to break through creative solutions.
Being embedded within the KraftHeinz business, you will lead your team in combining your deep business and brand knowledge with audience and cul tural insights to spark ideas that are as culturally relevant as they are commercially effective. Y ou will lead the charge in crafting strategic frameworks that not only resonate in the moment but inspire long-lasting and meaningful brand connections .
You will be responsible for building and leading a lean and agile strategy team to deliver against your vision across the UK & Europe , as well as collaborating with social & creative teams to harness the power of cultural insights, digital trends, and human behaviour to build impactful, socially-driven brand narratives.
This role is at the intersection of creativity and strategy, responsible for shaping the future of how Kraft Heinz connects with audiences in meaningful, innovative ways across social media and cultural touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: D efining and implementing T he K itc hen ' s approach to strategy; understanding and simplifying K raft Heinz business problems through frameworks that inspire cultural first creative solutions


  • Cultural Insight & Trendspotting: Stay at the forefront of emerging cultural movements, social media trends, and consumer behaviour shifts. Translate these into actionable strategies that position Kraft Heinz brands at the heart of culture.


  • Brand Storytelling: Build brand narratives that are grounded in deep consumer insight, elevating our brands' presence in the social and cultural sphere. Ensure all work has a clear strategic backbone that aligns with the broader brand vision.


  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely creative team and social media managers, across the UK & Europe to ensure strategies are translated into bold, breakthrough creative executions.


  • Data & Insights: Leverage social listening tools, analytics platforms, and first-party data to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies in real-time.


  • Brand Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to internal brand teams, providing thought leadership and influencing senior stakeholders to adopt bold, culturally relevant campaigns.


  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of strategists and data analysts . Cultivate a collaborative, dynamic, and curious environment where innovation thrives.


  • Holistic Campaign Planning: Oversee the development of fully integrated strategies that consider all touchpoints, from digital and social media to influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and more.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, with a strong background in social media, brand, or cultural strategy.


  • Proven ability to lead and develop culturally resonant campaigns that have driven real business results.


  • Expertise in digital and social platforms, with a passion for understanding the evolving cultural landscape and its impact on consumer behaviour .


  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and confidently present to senior leadership.


  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • English fluency is required, any other languages spoken are a plus
