About the role
We’re looking for a sharp thinker, natural collaborator and all-round good human to join IGNITE, the creative engine at the heart of the agency.
We want someone who doesn’t just answer briefs but reframes them. Someone who raises the bar on thinking, challenges convention, and helps us tell clients what they don’t yet know but need to.
You’ll work across our specialist teams (Consumer, Corporate, Public Affairs, Health) and our global network to bring fresh, provocative thinking to both existing and new clients.
You’ll have a strong track record of unlocking and winning opportunities at C-suite level, and of turning smart insights into standout, integrated campaigns that move audiences -whether consumer, corporate or political.
As part of IGNITE, our multidisciplinary hub of creatives, data analysts and designers, you’ll help shape bold ideas that travel across markets, channels and cultures.

You’ll be at the centre of delivering audience-first, creatively driven communications that drive impact and real growth for our clients and our agency.

The day to day
- Leading strategy on major briefs and pitches (UK and global), partnering closely with client, creative and delivery teams to win ambitious, high-impact work
- Acting as a strategic voice within IGNITE, shaping thinking, pushing standards and bringing clarity to complexity
- Being a trusted sounding board across the agency, elevating the quality of thinking wherever it shows up
- Collaborating with senior leadership to position Grayling as a leading strategic and creative consultancy
- Championing and sharing best-in-class thinking, work and tools across the business
- Leading and delivering strategic training to build confidence and capability across the network

- You’re a confident and persuasive presenter and communicator, able to bring others with you
- You’re able to turn data into clear, actionable insight and craft compelling evidence-based arguments
