We are looking for a Experience Design Strategist freelancer to join our awesome team!

Role:

We are seeking a Freelance Strategist, fully remote based in London, Europe and EST time zones. The Strategist supports the Strategy Director and the wider business on assigned projects across digital innovation, product development and experience design, touching a multitude of online and offline platforms. 

Main Tasks:

  • Participate in new business pitches, working closely with our creative team to push the boundaries of what’s possible, supporting with research, insights, cultural trends and ideation as needed. 
  • Work with Production team to ensure strategy deliverables are costed, managed and executed flawlessly
  • Collaborate with our client and partner teams to identify opportunities and shape the parameters of the projects by defining objectives, requirements and overall project approach. 
  • Help define and craft value-driven solutions that span product, campaign and experiential.
  • Work with relevant team members to design highly engaging workshops with key stakeholders. 
  • Be a mutual representative for brands and audiences, with the aim to design creative-experience that benefits all parties.
  • Lead research initiatives to assess market, audience, technology and campaign trends utilizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies in order to develop actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
  • Be a thought leader across multiple domains, such as product, platform and culture. 
  • Monitor trends across culture, technology and behavior and propel boundary-pushing and thought leadership materials.
  • Support the development of innovative digital experience, campaign and product strategies that deliver mutually-beneficial value for brands and audiences, and allow our creative team to excel.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing and activation landscape 
  • Superior presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities 
  • Comfortable turning nebulous asks into well articulated briefs 
  • Experience with UX a (very) nice to have 
  • Curious and collaborative
