As Regional Strategic Talent Sourcing Lead at Hitachi Energy, you will be at the forefront of our mission to attract the best talent across the EMEA region. This is not just a job; it's a chance to lead, drive change, innovate, and make a real impact.

You'll be hands-on, guiding a team of passionate sourcing specialists, and working closely with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and external partners.

You will have deep experience of working within a complex business and have a strong understanding of the niche roles required for delivery in our industry.

Your strategic insights will help us build an inclusive community and drive upskilling initiatives that empower our Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders, delivering impact from day one. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sourcing specialists to achieve greatness.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge sourcing metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement innovative best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Hit sourcing targets and deliver top-tier candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil their talent needs.
  • Provide deep market insights to the business to support decision making.
  • Ensure that the team is focussed on delivering a stellar candidate experience.
  • Champion initiatives to create an inclusive and diverse talent community across the region.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to ensure that internal sourcing activities are aligned and impactful.
  • Working closely with Employer Branding to ensure that projects and activities are fully aligned to develop a strong candidate pipeline.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in 'in house' strategic sourcing and leading a Talent Acquisition /Sourcing team.
  • Experience working across the full EMEA region at both an operational and a strategic level.
  • Experience working at a strategic level within a complex, matrixed business, able to bring the internal customer perspective/voice of the customer into the talent acquisition function.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, consultative selling, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and metrics.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.
