About the role

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key live entertainment experiences - maximizing revenue, optimizing marketing and operations, and ensuring world-class delivery across multiple cities. 

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing performance, audience growth, and sales optimization, as you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into measurable business results.

The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to all our other markets.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth
  • Maximize revenue and profit across sites and experiences in collaboration with local teams and marketing teams.
  • Oversee sales and marketing plans to meet P&L targets approved and drive ticket sales, awareness, and engagement.
  • Analyze business performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement operational improvements.
  • Identify and implement new revenue streams, pricing strategies, and marketing optimizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key entertainment partners.
  • Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction while driving efficiency across teams.
Financial & Operational Management
  • Oversee site profitability; ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Work with Feasibility and Production teams on vendor negotiations, and customer flow to drive commercial performance.
  • Monitor site performance through regular reporting, forecasting, and P&L reviews with internal and partner teams.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Support regional Project Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and performance targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Growth teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful results.

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Project management or consulting background (5y+ experience)
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance, digital acquisition, and growth levers - able to translate data and insights into commercial results
  • MBA from top tier school is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills (team management experience is a plus)
  • Solution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Strong communication and relationships management skills focused on C-level
  • Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff
  • Able to coordinate and audit all different internal and external teams to guide them to success in all achievements that have been agreed upon contract with our partner 
  • Willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts (progressive contact with top management of the company)
  • Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.

This is not a position for an event production background

Our hiring process
  • A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Team to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
  • A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
  • A 30 min interview with your future manager to assess fit and capabilities
  • A 45-60 min business case presentation (to be prepared in advance) to a small panel
