We’re looking for a Senior Product Consultant (SPC) to support the external specialisation of our Project Execution product lines, but with a particular speciality in the BIM Procore product as well as industry best practices.

You’ll serve as a critical resource to Procore’s Customer Success teams. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering BIM-enabled solutions, driving thought leadership in digital construction and asset lifecycle management, and helping to transform how the built environment is designed, delivered and operated.

You will work closely with sales, customer success, product/engineering to engage with C-suite and technical stakeholders across architecture, engineering, construction and operations. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership. Your mission will be to help clients realise the business value of BIM: risk reduction, cost & schedule savings, improved quality, data-driven decision-making, digital twin/asset management integration, sustainability, and beyond.

Your work will empower our clients to modernise processes, streamline operations, and fully leverage the power of Procore’s solutions.

This position will report to the Manager, Strategic Product Consultants and will be based in our London or Dublin office. This is not an independent contractor position. We're looking for candidates to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to clients post-sale, helping them rethink legacy processes to incorporate BIM/digital workflows and transform their operations using the Procore platform

  • Work with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to develop client's business process to align with Procore standard operating procedures through training and consultation

  • Leverage and teach industry best practices and standards, such as ISO 19650, IFC, and COBie, to ensure client data-management practices are robust and scalable.

  • Build and deliver thought leadership materials, such as workshops and webinars, that articulate the future of digital construction and Procore’s role as a market leader

  • Leverage knowledge of business operations, construction development as well as the construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client’s entire organization

  • Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore’s clients through clear and effective communication

  • Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members

  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader

  • Develop a mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices

  • Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices

What we’re looking for:

  • Construction professionals looking to transition into a fast-paced software training and advisory role; 5 + years in BIM-focused roles within architecture, engineering, construction, or asset lifecycle management

  • Previous experience as a BIM Manager, Technician or Specialist required

  • Proven technical proficiency in BIM tools and workflows, specifically Model Federation, Clash Detection, and Design and Model Management.

  • A strong understanding of international BIM standards and data-management practices, specifically the ISO 19650 series, IFC, and COBie.

  • Experience conducting client discovery sessions, creating operational workflows as well as delivering client onsite presentations and consultations

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • Experience with the Procore platform is preferred, but not required

  • Experience with training and/or software support is a plus
