Role Overview

The Partnerships team at Harvey is responsible for building and scaling high-impact product and revenue partnerships. As a member of this team, you will manage our strategic partnerships to ensure they are successfully leveraging Harvey internally, and also support their Go-To-Market (GTM) and co-selling motions.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing key consulting or enterprise software partnerships, growing a vertical via partner-led sales, deepening strategic relationships, building trust with internal and external stakeholders, and driving revenue through high volumes of client referrals. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across our Product and Sales functions to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful partnership outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel partnerships and project management, with extensive experience managing complex partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic business objectives. This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for one of Harvey’s largest and most strategic partnerships, focusing on maximizing value through well-defined initiatives and activities.

  • Design and execute partner enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary playbooks, tools, training, resources, and support to ensure their success and growth.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess the health and satisfaction of the partner, their needs, achievements, and metrics for success.

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for strategic partnership initiatives, from initial discovery and ideation through launch, execution, and performance measurement.

  • Lead the development and implementation of GTM strategies in collaboration with partner organizations.

  • Establish infrastructure, processes, and best practices to support partnerships, incorporating necessary tools and systems.

  • Travel may be required from time to time, including visits to customer office locations and company offices.

What You Have
  • Proven experience in channel or partnership sales at a high-growth technology company.

  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth through partners.

  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to develop distribution strategies to expand into new markets.

  • Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex enterprises.

  • Experience developing compelling joint value propositions and systems to effectively promote joint solutions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
