Opportunity for Impact

Taxbit is seeking a senior market development leader to drive our new logo growth and brand presence  across EMEA. Reporting to the Managing Director of APAC, this individual will play a critical role in scaling Taxbit’s presence across EMEA as new regulatory frameworks such as CARF and CRS 2.0 accelerate demand for tax information reporting solutions. This is a highly strategic, externally facing role focused on developing and activating relationships with leading crypto exchanges, fintech platforms, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate brings a credible track record in crypto, an established global and/or regional network, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations to unlock new revenue opportunities. You will act as a market builder for Taxbit in EMEA, opening doors, shaping partnerships, and influencing how leading digital asset and fintech companies approach compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own strategic relationships with senior leaders across crypto exchanges, brokers, fintech platforms, and digital asset infrastructure providers across EMEA
  • Identify, develop, and execute high-impact partnership opportunities that drive new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth
  • Leverage an established network to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate market entry across key European jurisdictions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and partners on evolving regulatory requirements, including CARF, DAC8, and broader global information reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align go-to-market strategy and ensure successful execution of complex deals
  • Build and scale Taxbit’s Global Advisory Network, an ecosystem of trusted, in-market advisors across key jurisdictions that serves as both a high-value referral channel and a strategic resource for customers navigating complex regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Represent Taxbit at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen brand presence and build executive-level relationships
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap, positioning, and regional strategy
  • Support the development of scalable partnership programs across EMEA in collaboration with global leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within crypto, fintech, or financial services
  • Deep, credible experience in the digital asset ecosystem, with a strong understanding of market structure, key players, and regulatory dynamics
  • Established network across global crypto and fintech leaders, with demonstrated ability to open doors and originate strategic opportunities
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-party partnerships or enterprise agreements
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders across large, global organizations
  • High degree of curiosity and ability to understand complex, multi-product businesses and identify where Taxbit can create value
  • Experience operating in international markets, with a strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and operate with autonomy while staying tightly aligned with global teams
