Description

As a Strategic Initiatives Partner, you will be joining the EMEA Chief of Staff team and driving initiatives to support the region’s growth. You will support teams to identify opportunities, and develop strategies to accelerate execution and impact across the region; through facilitating program ideation sessions, structuring elevator pitch and KPI recommendations - all the way through to execution (from 0 to 1).

You will need to work cross-functionalionally and in a strong program management capacity as you will focus on a mix of internally-focused and commercial initiatives.

This role and team are new to the business and do not have all the answers built. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace and a high volume of change.

Please note, this role requires attending our London office 3 days a week*

About The Role

Key responsibilities

  • Idea intake process, concept development & risk analysis: You will be involved in the creation of multiple initiatives and will be responsible for looking around corners, staying intellectually honest and reporting on risks and path-to-green plans.
  • Insights & narrative building: You will validate hypotheses, shape and document the value proposition and work closely with the owners and experts around you to bring everyone on the journey.
  • Milestone updates, escalations & communications: Develop and maintain comprehensive monday boards (including automations and workflows), to support our strategic initiatives. Write structured memos and build concise decks for larger audiences.
  • Drive Regional Growth Initiatives: Lead strategic projects that enable EMEA growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and guiding initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Facilitate Strategic Ideation: Organize and lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and structured conversations to surface new ideas, refine concepts, and translate them into actionable initiatives.
  • Build and Communicate Business Cases: Develop elevator pitches, strategy proposals, and KPI frameworks that clearly communicate the value, scope, and expected impact of initiatives.
  • End-to-End Program Management: Manage initiatives from 0 to 1 — ensuring clear planning, ownership, execution, and measurement, while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, operational, and leadership teams across the region to align on priorities, remove roadblocks, and accelerate execution.
  • Balance Internal and Commercial Priorities: Support a portfolio of projects that span both internally-focused efficiency initiatives and externally-driven commercial opportunities.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in driving programs at scale within scaling organisations, preferably SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage business metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution focused (‘Can do’ attitude), with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and bias for action, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to come to the office 3 times a week minimum.

Please note that this is an individual contributor role. We will not sponsor visas.
