We're seeking a Strategic Implementation Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team in London.

In this key role, you’ll orchestrate strategic account implementations, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customers, and operations.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Project Management: Lead our project management process, assigning new projects to consultants and following internal procedures.
  • Gatekeeper Excellence: Bridge Sales and Implementation, aligning projects with premium packages and assisting the Sales team to secure key deals.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure projects are documented, compliant, and feasible within timelines.
  • Implementation Tracking: Monitor key implementations and rollouts, resolving blockers and providing status visibility.
  • Customer Journey Advocate: Enhance customer journeys, promote our product, and expand our base through exceptional service.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive projects to innovate and refine internal processes, ensuring a top-notch team experience and success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Expertise in managing multiple implementation projects for high-end customers
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on customer experience
  • Soft skills in communication, training, and management

  • Experience in POS, SaaS, networking, and/or software
