Purpose of Position

Drive scalable, partnership-led revenue growth in underpenetrated and new markets by owning both external engagement and internal project management. This role will be pivotal in unlocking new business opportunities through channel partnerships and optimizing internal processes for sustainable growth.

This is a hybrid position - as part of this role, you will be required to work from the local Awin office, attend industry events, as well as meetings and workshops on a fortnightly basis on average. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Global Strategic Sales Partnerships
  • Scout, engage, and activate local sales channel partners in high-potential growth markets.
  • Build co-GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies with clear revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Track and manage partner performance, driving continuous optimization.
  1. Internal Co-Ordination & Scalability
  • Work with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Build a “Strategic Growth Playbook,” including partner playbooks, market entry frameworks, and structured pilots.
  • Provide leadership reports and recommendations on partner performance and market expansion.

  1. Strategic Market Insights
  • Analyse market, competitor, and partner trends to identify new opportunities in the Strategic Accounts segment.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for Go / No-Go decisions.
  • Present key insights to the leadership team.

Key Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development, ideally in SaaS, digital marketing, or tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel partnerships in international markets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
  • Native-level English (spoken and written) - additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Project management tool proficiency
  • Comfortable with AI tools (e.g. LLMs)
  • Strong presentation skills
