  • Work directly to support the team VPs on the larger high-profile funding and offset programmes, acting as a key analytical and delivery partner

  • Build and strengthen governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks that underpin billions of pounds of long-term commitments
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across strategy, research and technology, finance, engineering, legal, supply chain, and programme teams to minimise offset obligations, and ensure successful exploitation of funding opportunities.

  • Someone who is self-directing, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A confident influencer who can work effectively across a large, matrixed organisation
  • A strong finisher who takes ownership and sees work through to high-quality completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior audiences clearly and credibly

  • Join a culture that values making a real difference through your work.
  • Develop your career as a mid-career professional blending technical expertise with strong personal qualities.

  • Collaborate and build relationships in a team-focused environment while also working independently.
  • Take initiative, lead, and make smart decisions with confidence and support.
