Does this sound like you?
You're a commercially sharp relationship-builder who knows there's a big difference between managing an account and genuinely partnering with one. You're comfortable in a boardroom and equally at home digging into platform data to tell a compelling story. You know how to spot an opportunity, navigate a tricky conversation, and still leave the client feeling heard. You care about outcomes, not just activity.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
As a Strategic Client Success Manager at Perkbox, you'll own a portfolio of private sector accounts, building the kind of long-term relationships that create real mutual value. Your focus is retention and growth: keeping clients engaged, uncovering opportunities to expand, and making sure they're getting the most from our platform every step of the way. You'll be the person clients trust, and the internal voice that keeps their needs front and centre.

Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across your portfolio, working at all levels including C-suite

  • Use our internal sales framework to identify and progress upsell and expansion opportunities

  • Run regular reviews and executive business reviews, connecting client goals to platform data and outcomes

  • Increase product adoption by educating admins and moving clients through our Integrations Pipeline

  • Deliver webinars and training sessions for admins and internal champions

  • Act as the link between your clients and our Product team, nurturing a meaningful feedback loop

  • Triage client queries efficiently, getting them to the right resolution point quickly

  • Be a credible, trusted ambassador for Perkbox at every touchpoint

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Proven commercial experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales or upsell targets

  • Confidence having difficult conversations, whether that's a cancellation risk or a complex negotiation

  • A genuine customer focus, with examples of improving engagement with software products

  • Strong business acumen, able to connect client goals with the right solution

  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable using insights to influence stakeholders and inform decisions

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior and executive-level audiences

  • Comfort with change and ambiguity, you see it as a chance to learn, not a reason to stall

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or employee benefits environment

  • Familiarity with NPS, NRR, or other success metrics

  • A natural ability to build multi-threaded relationships across a client organisation
